Returns/Refunds Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as consumables (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and after receiving the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


refunds
We will notify you after we receive and review your return, and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
