Tepperberg Essence Chardonnay

Essence Chardonnay | Dry white wine 750 ml | Kosher | 13.5-14% alcohol Juicy and complex white wine, its color is golden, clear and clean, and it is characterized by a seductive fruity aroma that gives rise to a dry white wine. It consists entirely of 100% Chardonnay grapes, which were grown in a vineyard located in the Judean Mountains The grapes were harvested by hand and transferred to the winery in the early hours of the morning. The juice was fermented in a cooled stainless steel tank, and then the sparkling white wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, aged for about 7 months using the sur lie method In the first 6 months, the sediments were mixed once a week in the battonage process. The Essence series of Teperberg Winery is a series of fine varietal wines, characterized by a unique growing environment that expresses well the suitability of the variety to the soil and climate in the growing area.
